By accessing or using our Point of Sale platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services include cloud-based POS software, inventory management, payment processing via Pesapal (including M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa, and Mastercard), and related business management tools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All transaction data processed through our platform is stored securely in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
Payment processing is facilitated through our integration with Pesapal, a licensed payment service provider regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya. Transaction fees may apply as per Pesapal’s published rates. Orwan Consulting does not store card details or mobile money PINs. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. For disputes, our support team in Nairobi is available via info@orwanconsulting.co.ke. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
